OtterMind/Chat2DB ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me an open source database client called Chat2DB that feels like a modern GUI workspace for working with databases. I want something I can run locally with a client and server setup, ideally with a simple Docker start, and it should be usable on Windows, Mac, and Linux.

The app should let me connect to popular databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, SQLite, ClickHouse, Redis, and similar ones, browse schemas and tables, view and edit table structures visually, open a SQL console, run queries, format SQL, and save query history.
