OuOSama/world — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple Roblox project called world that I can open in Roblox Studio and keep editing with Rojo. I don’t need anything fancy yet, I mainly want the project cleaned up and working end to end so I can run the build command, get a world.rbxlx file, open it in Studio, start the Rojo server, and see the code sync properly.

Please set up the Luau source in a sensible way, include any basic starter scripts needed to prove it works, and make the place feel like a blank world I can build on instead of a broken template. Keep the README clear with the exact commands and what I should expect to see.
