Build me a clean cybersecurity study hub from this repo, with a simple homepage that lets me browse all the topics like Active Directory, Cryptography, CTFs, File Inclusion, Google Dorking, Linux, Networking, Nmap, Reconnaissance, Reverse Engineering, Security Analyst, Shells, Techniques, Tools, Web, and Windows.

I want it to feel like a personal knowledge base, with a clear left menu or cards for each section, a search box, and easy navigation between pages. Each topic should have its own readable page that can show notes, examples, and quick cheatsheets in a nice layout. Keep it simple and fast, but polished enough that I can actually use it to study.

If there are markdown notes in the folders, use them to populate the pages. Make the whole thing easy to extend later, and look up current docs online if you need to.
