PBhadoo/Rapidleech — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a PHP web app for my server that works like a modern RapidLeech. I want people to paste file links or video links, choose the quality when it is a video, and download or transload them through the server with live progress. It should support popular hosts like Mega.nz, Google Drive, MediaFire, Rapidgator, plus video sites through yt dlp like YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, Instagram, Reddit, SoundCloud, and more.

Please include a clean modern theme with dark and light mode, and also keep a classic theme option. Users should only see their own downloaded files using browser cookies or a simple ownership system. Add batch downloads, pending download tracking, automatic cleanup when files get old or disk space is almost full, and a safe queue for Mega downloads.

I also need an admin area to check server status, clear files, edit config and premium accounts, update tools like yt dlp, RAR, and Deno, view logs, and run maintenance commands. Make an Ubuntu install script for Apache and PHP. Look up current docs online if needed.
