PCBoyGames/Bright14 — reverse-engineered prompt

I want a custom StepMania 5.x noteskin called Bright14. The vibe should be clean, bright, and easy to read during play, with several color options for the main note elements so I can switch the look without changing the whole skin.

Please set it up like a real usable noteskin, not just mock assets. It should cover the normal gameplay pieces people expect in StepMania, and the colors should feel consistent across the skin.
