Build me a Hermes Dashboard plugin called Hermes Achievements.

I want it to scan my local Hermes session history and show collectible badges based on how I actually use Hermes. The dashboard should have achievement cards with three states, unlocked, discovered, and secret, and each badge can level up through Copper, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Olympian. Make the cards feel fun and readable, and include a way to open a short explanation of what counts for each achievement.

Please make it work from real local session data by default, keep unlock progress saved locally, and include the API routes for achievements, scan status, recent unlocks, badges for a session, rescan, and reset state. It should also support fast rescans so it does not redo work unnecessarily.

If you need current Hermes or dashboard details, look up the latest docs online and match the plugin style to the rest of the dashboard. Include tests and make sure the plugin can be installed and rescanned cleanly.
