PRQL/prql ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple open source tool called PRQL that lets people write data queries in a more natural, step by step way and then turns those queries into regular SQL.

I want the main experience to feel like writing a pipeline, where each line transforms the result from the line before it. It should support things like filtering rows, creating new fields, grouping, aggregating, sorting, and taking a range of results. Please make it work with normal SQL databases by compiling PRQL into SQL.

Also include a small command line tool and a web playground so someone can paste in a query, see the SQL it becomes, and try examples in the browser. Add clear docs and a few sample queries so it’s easy to understand how to use. If you need to look up current docs or language details online, feel free to do that.
