Build me a terminal app that helps recover deleted or overwritten files by scanning raw disks and partitions directly.

I want to pick a partition, search for a unique word, filename fragment, config key, or sentence, then see every place that text shows up in the disk blocks. From there I should be able to open a match, move to nearby blocks, inspect the raw content around it, and save whatever useful pieces are still there.

Keep it lightweight and safe, read only if possible, and make it work from Linux with sudo when raw device access is needed. It should feel like a simple interactive recovery tool in the terminal, not a full file explorer, and it’s fine if it only finds fragments instead of rebuilding whole files.
