Build me a small AI coding skill that can take the URL of a real company or product website and turn it into a reusable design.md document, plus a matching design preview HTML page I can open in a browser to review the extracted design system.

I want it to read the live site directly from the browser and pull out the DOM structure, visible text, styles, CSS variables, and interaction states so the markdown feels detailed and useful, not just a screenshot summary. If the site supports light mode and dark mode, capture both. Screenshots should only be used as a last resort if something is unclear.

Please make it work as an installable skill from this repo, and if the browser reading tool is missing, help set that up instead of silently switching to some other approach. The end result should be something where I can say, use this skill on a website URL, and it creates design.md or DESIGN.md and design preview HTML. Look up current docs online if you need to.
