Parallaxi/FloppySticks ? reverse-engineered prompt

Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a simple 2D puzzle game in Python with Pygame called Floppy Sticks.

I want it to feel relaxing and a little playful, with a start menu, a short tutorial, sound and music, some visual effects, a dynamic background, and little notifications when things happen. The main gameplay is that the player clicks certain points to make them start moving, then those moving points can knock into the static ones and turn them into moving points too. The goal is to convert all the points on the screen into dynamic ones.

Please make the game run from a main file, keep the code organized, and use the images and other assets in the project. Use a physics style that feels smooth and stable, since the game is based around point movement and springs. If anything is missing, set up simple placeholder behavior so the game still runs cleanly. Look up current docs online if you need to.
