Build me the full app for affluents, a payment link product where someone can send one USDC payment and it automatically gets routed into three buckets.

I want a freelancer style dashboard where each invoice has its own unique payment link and QR code, the client can pay with USDC on Arc, and once the payment is verified the app splits it into spend, reserve, and earn. Spend should show up as EURC, reserve should stay in USDC, and earn should go into a simple on chain vault position for now. Please make the payment flow feel real and polished, with a clean dashboard that shows totals, recent payments, split rules, and any exceptions like overpayments.

Use the existing project structure if it helps, and look up current docs online if you need to. Keep the money handling exact and safe, with no double counting and no floating point math. The result should feel like a working hackathon product that I could demo end to end on testnet.
