PhilipPanda/Dupe-Utils ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Minecraft 1.21.11 mod called Dupe Utils for Fabric. I want it to be a small free utility mod that helps with interacting with in game GUI screens and packets, basically tools for handling menu based systems and packet related actions in a practical way. Keep it lightweight and usable, something I can build into a jar, drop into my mods folder, and run without extra fuss.

Please make sure it targets Minecraft 1.21.11, works with the current Fabric Loader for that version, and uses the matching Fabric API. Include the normal mod info, build setup, and whatever is needed so it opens cleanly in IntelliJ and also builds from Gradle. Keep the code organized and make the features easy to access in game.
