Build me a Python tool called JOCKY, a small scripting language for digital forensics.

I want investigators to be able to write short scripts that collect things like running processes, files, network info, logs, registry style data, and persistence entries, then save every artifact as JSON with a SHA 256 hash so the evidence can be verified later. The app should have a command line runner, an interactive shell, and a way to check scripts, view tokens and syntax trees, and verify a saved case.

It should also generate a clear report, including a self contained HTML report and JSON export, and keep a proper case folder for each investigation. Please make it work on Windows and Linux, and keep it read only so it never changes the machine under investigation.

If you need to, look up current docs online for anything platform specific. Also include a simple web console or server side way to browse investigations if that fits the project.
