Build me a desktop game like Family Feud, with the Argentinian style of 100 argentinos dicen.

I want a screen for the main board, another for fast money, and a way to show the answers and points from text files so I can change them easily without touching code. It should work with SDL2 and OpenCV, and be easy to run on Windows. I’d also like sound effects, a clean game flow, and simple controls so I can manage it from OBS or another program while hosting.
