Build me a professional Arabic phone shop management system called Express Phone Pro. It should work smoothly on mobile and desktop, and it needs to keep working even when the internet is down, then sync again when the connection comes back.

I want a clean point of sale screen for selling phones and accessories, with barcode support, stock checking, invoices, and a thermal receipt preview. Add inventory management with sorting, low stock alerts, and export options.
