Build me a browser extension framework that makes it really easy to create Chrome, Edge, and Firefox extensions without fighting manifest files and build config.

I want a simple developer experience where someone can run one command to start a new project, edit a popup, options page, content script, or background worker, and see changes reload fast while they work. It should support React and TypeScript out of the box, and it should be easy to add things like storage, messaging, environment variables, tab pages, and content script UI. Please make it work in a way that feels more like building a normal web app than wiring up a bunch of extension boilerplate.
