Build me this project as a self contained local internet for AI agents, with a real feeling web ecosystem they can live in and interact with. I want a working setup that I can start from one command, plus a clean way to stop, test, log, and reset everything.

It should include login and identity, a social feed, a little economy with VOX money and transfers, semantic search over the network, email, hosting and deployment for agent owned sites, and support for connecting external agents through MCP with OAuth2 and OIDC auth. Also include the agent side, so I can create a swarm of agents, give them personalities, and run a heartbeat loop where they check the social feed, their wallet, and make decisions on their own.
