Build me an Android system app called GameBar that shows a small floating performance overlay while I am using games or heavy apps.

I want it to display live FPS, CPU and GPU usage, temperatures, memory info, and battery temperature, with simple controls to turn each metric on or off. Make the overlay easy to move, resize, and restyle, with options for text size, colors, background opacity, and corner roundness. Add a Quick Settings tile to toggle it, and a settings screen where I can choose which apps should auto enable it when they open.

Please also include basic logging and charts so I can review performance later and export the data as CSV.
