Build me an open source product platform for teams building apps.

I want one place where a team can understand what users are doing, track website traffic and conversions, watch real user sessions, see errors, ask users questions with surveys, and safely launch features with flags and experiments. Let people capture events automatically or manually, create dashboards and funnels, query data when needed, and connect outside data sources like billing or CRM tools so product data is all together.

It should also support sending incoming data to other tools, running simple workflows, and tracking AI app usage like latency and cost. Make it usable for developers but not scary for product people. Include a clean setup flow, project settings, user and organization management, and a self hosted option using Docker.
