PowerNukkitX-Bundle/AnyVersion ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Java plugin for PowerNukkitX that lets players join the server with older Minecraft Bedrock clients, at least down to 1.20.60.

I want it to do more than just check protocol versions, it should actually translate the newer packets so older clients can play normally and the server can still understand them too. Please make it work as a proper plugin I can drop into the server, and keep in mind it may need updates whenever Minecraft gets a new version.

If there are any current docs or protocol details you need, look them up online and follow the latest behavior. Also, if there are limits with clients older than 1.20.60, handle that cleanly and make it clear they are not supported. If this would produce console warnings on WaterdogPE, that is okay, but try to keep the plugin stable and clean otherwise.
