Build me a working TWRP device tree for the Motorola Edge 60 Pro, codename cybert, using the Android 16 base and ARM64 recovery setup.

It should boot cleanly, support touchscreen, display, ADB, MTP, internal storage, flashing ZIPs and images, USB OTG, and file based encryption decryption for the locked screen. Please include the Trustonic and TEE initialization needed for decryption, and make sure the recovery can mount the right vendor and tzapp related partitions during startup.

I also want the build files and configs set up so I can compile a vendor boot image for the device with the normal TWRP build flow, and flash it to the correct vendor boot slot depending on the active slot.
