Build me a lightweight Windows desktop app that helps me keep track of my screen time and app usage without sending anything to the cloud.

I want it to run quietly in the system tray, show a simple dashboard with today’s screen time, current app, and top apps, and keep a local history for the last 7 days. It should also have a focus timer with a small popup window, pause and resume controls, and a notification when the timer finishes.

Please include a notification center with unread badges, hourly reminders, and a warning when usage gets too high. I’d also like a calm breathing exercise, some background music with volume control, startup launch support, and a settings page where I can turn tracking and reminders on or off.

Make it privacy first, with all data stored locally in one JSON file, no login, no account, and no telemetry. If you need current docs for the desktop framework or plugins, look them up online.
