Priler/jarvis ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me an offline voice assistant desktop app called Jarvis that feels privacy first and works without sending anything to the cloud.

I want it to listen for a wake word, turn speech into text, respond with text to speech, and have a simple desktop interface where I can see what it heard and what it’s doing. Keep it focused on Russian for now, since that’s the only language supported today, and make the app feel clean and usable rather than flashy.

Use Rust for the main app and a small modern frontend for the UI. If you need to look up current docs or examples for the voice or desktop parts, go ahead and do that. Please wire up the pieces in a way that makes sense for a working early version, even if some smart assistant features are still basic or missing. I mainly want something I can run locally, talk to, and extend later.
