Build me a clean, modern personal portfolio website for Ritika using this existing Next.js project. The README is just the default setup, so please turn it into a finished looking site instead of a starter page.

I want it to feel polished and professional, with a nice hero section, a short about section, space to show skills, a projects section with placeholder project cards, and a contact section with email and social links that I can edit later. Make it responsive so it looks good on phone, tablet, and desktop. Use tasteful colors, smooth spacing, readable fonts, and simple animations if they fit.
