Project-Sloth/ps-mdt — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a full police MDT for a FiveM roleplay server, like an in game law enforcement computer officers can open with F11 or the mdt command. It should work with QBCore and QBX, use Svelte for the interface and Lua for the resource side.

I want officers to search citizens, see photos and records, write incident reports, manage cases, track evidence, issue warrants, create BOLOs, look up vehicles and weapons, handle impounds, view cameras and bodycam info, and use dispatch tools. Make everything permission based so different police, DOJ, and EMS jobs or ranks only see what they’re allowed to see.

Please include the database setup, config options for jobs, keybinds, sharing between departments, fines, warrants, fuel resource, and impound locations. Also support mugshots, evidence photos, audit logs, and optional FiveManage keys. Make it feel polished and ready to drop into a FiveM server with the needed dependencies.
