Build me a free open source ShardX style browser launcher for legitimate web scraping and managing separate browser identities.

I want a desktop app where I can create, edit, start, and stop many isolated browser profiles. Each profile should have its own cookies, proxy, timezone, locale, geolocation, screen size, fonts, GPU details, WebGL, WebGPU, Client Hints, TLS, WebRTC settings, and persistent browser storage. Include a simple fingerprint editor, a proxy manager for SOCKS5 and HTTP proxies, and a way to pick from a large set of ready made device profiles like Mac, Windows, and Linux machines.

It should launch a bundled Chromium based browser with the spoofing handled inside the engine, not just browser scripts. WebRTC should avoid real IP leaks, and profile settings should stay consistent across sessions.

Also add a local API so scripts can create profiles, start or stop them, and get a CDP endpoint. If useful, add MCP support so Cursor or Claude can control profiles in plain language. Look up the current docs online if you need to.
