PyroCalzone/MechVibesPlusPlus ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Windows desktop app like Mechvibes, but better.

I want it to play keyboard sounds when I press and release keys, plus mouse click sounds, and it should be able to randomize the sounds so it does not feel repetitive. Keep it simple for a normal user to set up and run, with a clean little settings window where I can choose sounds and turn features on or off.

Make it feel like a real Electron app for Windows, since that is what this project is based on. If you need to look up any current docs online while wiring it up, go ahead. I mainly want the core sound experience working well, especially the key up and key down behavior, and I want it to feel polished enough to ship as a desktop build.
