Build me a simple but usable AI developer tool in Python that runs from the command line and helps me create full apps from a plain English idea.

I want it to feel like a real coding companion, not just code autocomplete. It should ask a few follow up questions if my app description is vague, turn the idea into a spec and a step by step plan, then generate the code task by task, review its own work, help debug problems, and write basic docs. Save each project so I can come back later and continue from where I left off. I also want commands to list past projects, reopen one, jump back to an earlier step, and delete one.

Use a config file for model provider settings and API keys, support common providers, store generated apps in a workspace folder, and use SQLite by default with optional PostgreSQL support. If it makes sense, make it Docker friendly too.

Please make it runnable locally and reasonably polished. Check current docs online if you need to.
