Build me a small .NET desktop tool that watches my local VRChat cache folder and helps organize files I already have access to.

I want it to automatically detect avatar and world files, rename them based on their ID like avtr and wrld, and sort them into clean folders by type and file extension. It should be simple to use, just launch it before VRChat and let it run in the background while I play.
