QL-Win/QuickLook ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Windows app that works like macOS Quick Look.

When I select a file in File Explorer or another file picker and press Space, it should instantly open a clean preview window without launching the full app. It should handle the common stuff people expect, like images, videos, PDFs, text and code files, archives, audio, and a few other everyday formats, with a nice modern Windows look. I also want it to feel fast, let me move through files easily, and close just as quickly.

Make it easy to install and run in the background, and include a simple way to extend it with plugins for more file types later. If you need to check current Windows or .NET docs for the best approach, go ahead and look them up online.
