Build me a self hosted AI workspace called TaiAi that feels like a private version of ChatGPT and Claude, but runs on my own machine and keeps my data local.

I want a clean web app where I can chat with different models, use an agent that can help with files, web, shell, and memory, and also have a model picker and compare view so I can test answers side by side. It should include a research mode that can gather sources and turn them into a nice report, plus a documents area where I can write and edit text with AI help instead of AI doing all the work for me.

Please also add useful personal organizer features like notes, tasks, reminders, a calendar, and email triage. A settings area for connecting models, search, and mail would be great, and it should work nicely on desktop and mobile.
