Build me a clean article collection site from this repo.

I want it to show my writing in a simple, easy to browse way, grouped by date, with a main index page and a table of contents so I can jump around quickly. Each article should open nicely as a readable page, and the collection should make it obvious when I have both Chinese and English versions of the same piece. Please keep the design minimal, fast, and focused on reading.

Make it easy to add new articles just by dropping in a new markdown file in a dated folder, and have the index update automatically. If there’s a better way to organize the archive or generate the list from the markdown files, use that. I’d also like the site to feel polished on mobile and desktop, with clear headings, tags, and dates. Look up current docs online if you need to.
