QwikDev/qwik ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Qwik starter project that shows off how to make fast, instant loading web apps with very little JavaScript.

I want a clean homepage, a getting started page, and a few simple example components so I can see how the app loads quickly and then becomes interactive as people click around. Please make it easy to run locally, easy to extend, and polished enough that someone can try it right away. If you need to check the latest Qwik docs while building it, go ahead and look them up online.
