Build me an open source design tool like Claude Design that runs locally and can also be deployed as a web app. I want to type things like “make me a magazine style pitch deck” or “create a mobile app prototype” and have it ask a few clarifying questions, pick a visual direction, then generate a real preview I can inspect safely.

It should use the coding agents I already have installed, like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor Agent, Gemini, Copilot CLI, or fall back to an OpenAI compatible API key if no local agent is available. Show the agent’s plan, todos, and tool activity while it works, and let me stop or rerun it.

Include polished design systems and reusable skills for decks, web pages, mobile screens, desktop prototypes, images, and videos. Let me export the finished artifact as HTML, PDF, PPTX, MP4, ZIP, or Markdown. Keep it local first and privacy friendly. Look up current docs online if you need to.
