Build me Portify AI, a full stack web app that lets people turn a resume into a polished personal portfolio website without coding.

I want users to sign up, verify their email, and wait for admin approval before they can use the app. After that, they should be able to upload a PDF resume, have the app pull out their details, warn them about anything missing, and let them edit everything by hand before publishing. The app should support multiple portfolio themes, custom sections, reordering sections, and a public portfolio page with a clean username based URL.

Please also include a dashboard for managing the portfolio, tracking views and contact requests, uploading images and files, and handling messages from visitors. Admins should be able to approve or block users and see basic platform stats. Use the existing stack in the repo, and look up current docs online if you need to.
