RRUZ/delphi-ide-theme-editor ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a small desktop tool that lets me change the syntax highlighting colors used in Delphi and Lazarus IDEs.

I want it to feel like a simple theme editor where I can pick different colors for things like keywords, strings, comments, numbers, and other code elements, then save or apply those changes so the IDE uses them. It should support the older and newer Delphi and RAD Studio versions, plus Lazarus, and it should be usable without having to edit config files by hand.

Make the interface clear and easy to understand, with a live preview if that makes sense, and include a way to export, import, and reset themes so I can try different looks safely. If you need to check current docs or behavior for any of the supported IDEs, go ahead and look them up online.
