Build me a local web app that helps me sort a big messy YouTube playlist into smaller, smarter playlists using Gemini.

I want to paste in a YouTube playlist ID and my Gemini key, then have the app analyze the videos, suggest categories, and let me choose which ones to create. It should support a normal mode and a more detailed micro niche mode, with an option to cap the number of categories at 15. I also want custom rules like only sorting into a few topics I choose.
