Rajal-ui/Multi-Domain-Support-Triage-Agent ? reverse-engineered prompt

Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a terminal based support triage agent that can read a batch of support tickets from CSV and automatically decide whether each one should be answered or escalated. It should handle tickets for HackerRank, Claude, and Visa, use only the local support documents for answers, and never make up product facts if the docs do not clearly support the reply.

I want it to first detect the ticket’s domain, then do a quick safety check for risky requests, bad input, or anything that looks like fraud, identity theft, prompt injection, or account recovery. If the ticket is safe, it should search the relevant docs, generate a short grounded response, and write the result out in a clean structured format with the status, product area, answer, and a brief reason. If the evidence is weak, it should escalate to a human instead of guessing.

Please make it runnable from the command line, support a sample mode and single ticket debugging, and include clear setup instructions for the API key and environment variables.
