Build me a simple AI agent in Python that can work with files inside its own folder.

I want it to be able to read a file’s contents, list files and basic info in a directory, create or update files, and run Python scripts safely. It should stay restricted to its working directory so it can’t touch anything outside the project.

Please put the main logic in a clean entry point, keep the helper code organized, and make it easy to test each action separately. I’d also like a small set of tests for the file reading, file info, write file, and running Python script behavior.
