Build me a demo app called AtlasTrips that shows how a travel booking search experience can run on one MongoDB Atlas cluster instead of splitting everything across different systems.

I want a simple Streamlit app where someone can type a city, airport, hotel, lounge, or event and see fast autocomplete results, then open a result and view the travel details, pricing, availability, and facilities. It should also have a behind the scenes view that shows what query just ran, plus a simple performance scorecard so I can compare search speed and booking activity. Include a way to seed realistic demo data, reset the database, and backfill embeddings if needed.
