Build me a simple app where I can upload a contract, offer letter, NDA, court paper, or other legal document and get back a plain English summary of what matters most.

I want it to pull out the key people, dates, payment details, deadlines, notice periods, restrictions, and other important terms, then explain each part in normal language with a quick note on why it matters. It should also let me ask questions about the uploaded document and answer only from that file, not from general internet knowledge.

Please make it reject files that are too large, too long, or don’t look like a legal document, and show a clear error if the upload is not valid. Keep the design clean and easy to use, with a briefing view and a chat style Q and A view. If you need current docs or examples for anything, look them up online first.
