Build me a simple Python tool that helps me manage and import a list of accounts from text files.

I want it to read the existing account files in the project, show me what’s inside, and let me import or update entries without me having to edit everything by hand. Make it easy to run from the command line, with a clear setup script so I can install what it needs and get started quickly.

If there’s a way to organize the account data a little better, add that too, but keep it lightweight and easy to understand. I’d also like the script to handle bad or messy input gracefully, and tell me what it did in plain English. If you need to check current Python package docs online, go ahead.
