RapidScada/scada-v6 ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a working open source SCADA platform from this repo that I can use for industrial monitoring and control.

I want the main pieces to work together, including the server, agent, communication, admin tools, web interface, reporting, shared code, and language packs. The app should let someone set up a system, connect devices or data sources, see live values, manage configuration, and view reports in the browser. It should feel like a real Rapid SCADA style industrial automation tool, not just a demo.

Please make it easy to run locally, with clear startup steps and sensible defaults. If anything is unclear, look up current docs online if you need to, then fill in the gaps in the simplest way that makes sense. Also keep the code organized so it would be practical for real monitoring and control projects.
