Build me a Windows desktop app called Warden Bunker that feels like a classic old school security and productivity console.

I want one main window with a top bar, a left sidebar, and tabs for a dashboard, links, vault, contacts, bunker, scripts, to do, and a terminal. The dashboard should show simple status cards, website health checks, and live CPU, memory, and disk usage. The links tab should let me store URLs, check if they are up, and export them.
