ReceiptManager/receipt-manager-app ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Flutter app for Android and iPhone that lets me scan paper receipts with the camera, run OCR on them, and turn them into clean receipt data I can review and save.

I want the app to feel simple for everyday use, with a home screen to start a scan, a preview step to crop or rotate the image if needed, and then a results screen that shows the recognized text and parsed receipt details. It should support basic receipt image cleanup like grayscale and blur, and it should be able to talk to a backend receipt parser server, with settings for the server address, https, API token, and language. If the server is not detected, let me enter it manually. Add a settings area for camera options, debug output, and the parser mode choices mentioned in the docs.
