Build me a polished personal project site for reidar.tech that feels like a trust first public homepage for Reidar.

I want the home page to introduce me, show my current public status, highlight my main projects, and surface recent evidence or updates in a clean, trustworthy way. Include a projects area where people can browse and search by URL, lifecycle, maturity, category, and sort order, plus a detail page for each project with scope, evidence, media, limitations, and related work.
