Build me a web app called CashBook for tracking money in and out for individuals or small businesses.

I want users to sign up and log in securely, then create multiple businesses under one account, and manage separate cash books for each business. The app should let people add income and expense transactions, assign categories, attach receipts if needed, and see simple dashboards and reports that make it easy to understand cash flow.
