Build me a full healthcare web app where patients can sign up, log in, and verify with an OTP sent by email. After login, they should be able to search for doctors by specialty or location, see a list with each doctor’s name, rating, hospital, and specialty, then open a doctor’s profile and book an appointment with a date, time, and any notes they want to add.

I also want an admin area where I can manage doctors, appointments, and users, plus see basic activity or reports. The app should have protected pages so logged in users do not see the login and register screens again, and logged out users get sent back to login when they try to open private pages.

Make it look clean and work well on phone, tablet, and desktop. Use a modern React frontend and a Node and Express backend with MongoDB for storing users, doctors, and appointments. If you need current library details or setup info, look up the latest docs online first.
