Build me a terminal app for Spotify in Rust that feels polished and easy to use.

I want to run it from the command line, log in with my Spotify app credentials, and then browse and control my music right from the terminal. It should have a clean text based interface with a help screen, search for songs, albums, artists, and playlists, show my liked songs, and let me play, pause, skip, shuffle, and like tracks. It should also support a few useful command line actions for common things like searching and starting playback without opening the full UI.

Please include a simple config file for theme and login settings, and make the first run guide me through connecting to Spotify.
