Build me a simple Focus Guard app that helps me stop getting distracted and stay on a work session.

I want a clean web page where I can set a focus timer, start it, pause it, reset it, and clearly see how much time is left. When the timer ends, play one of the included alarm sounds so it actually grabs attention. Give me a small setting to choose between the two alarm audio files, and a volume or mute control if that’s easy.

Keep it lightweight and easy to run in the browser. No login, no complicated dashboard. Make the design feel clear and motivating, with a big timer, simple buttons, and a short message that tells me whether I should focus, take a break, or get back to work.
